Medical tourism
Getting treated elsewhere, with clear eyes. Independent facilitator since 2014: Chinese patients to Switzerland and Europe, Swiss and French-speaking patients to quality care abroad.
Two directions
IN — Chinese patients → Europe
Access to the best private clinics in Switzerland and Europe: cancer screening, premium health check-ups, preventive medicine and medical advice, with escort and interpreting from first contact to return.
OUT — Swiss patients → abroad
Coordination of care pathways abroad with clinics we know from visits and real feedback: dental care, weight management, hair transplants, cosmetic surgery, ophthalmology.
Three principles
Independence
Our first loyalty is to the patient, never to the partner establishment.
Transparency
Full information on procedures, materials, guarantees — and on our remuneration.
Follow-up
Continuous support, from first contact to return and to coordination with the clinic after treatment.
Areas of care coordinated
Dental care
Implants, crowns, veneers. We require Straumann implants or group brands (Neodent, Medentika…) and multilayer zirconia.
Weight management
Bariatric surgery as treatment of a chronic disease: prior medical opinion and follow-up are essential.
Hair transplants
Honest assessment of candidacy before any decision.
Cosmetic surgery
A committing choice, prepared without haste.
Ophthalmology
Laser, cataract, intraocular implants.
Check-ups & prevention
Full check-ups and screening in Swiss and European private clinics for international clients.
The facilitator's role
What it is
- Understands the medical issues without replacing doctors.
- Knows the clinics from visits and real feedback.
- Prepares you for reality, informs and translates.
What it is not
- A commission-driven tout.
- A doctor or a diagnostician.
- The clinic's spokesperson.
- A seller of promises that cannot be kept.
Our charter: what we refuse
- Filing down healthy teeth for aesthetic reasons.
- Bariatric surgery without medical opinion and follow-up.
- Any eye-colour-change procedure.
The book
"Le Tourisme médical — Le guide pratique" (239 pages, in French): no country rankings, no reassuring promises — a book to understand and name the risks before deciding.

The Sinessence practice in La Chaux-de-Fonds offers traditional Chinese medicine and nutritional advice (ASCA- and RME-accredited practitioner): digestion, sleep, stress, pain, general balance — a complement to, never a substitute for, conventional medical care.
