100 to 150 hours for Swiss therapists — physiotherapists, osteopaths, TCM therapists, adapted physical activity teachers, occupational therapists — in three modules: Fundamentals (online and in person in Switzerland: TCM basics applied to movement, reading functional pictures, ethical framework); Immersion in China (two weeks in Shanghai with the referring physician: practical learning, clinical observation, gesture correction); Application and certification (in Switzerland: adapting protocols to European, notably geriatric, populations, role play, final assessment).

Differentiating value: the combination of authentic transmission from the Chinese source and recognised French methodological backing, with an evaluation protocol from the first cohort. Swiss professional recognition criteria (ASCA, RME, OrTra MA) are targeted from the design stage. Cohorts of 12 to 20.

3 to 5 days, in two formats: a session in Switzerland or France with a Chinese instructor, or an immersion session on the Hua'an base, attached to the 3H-Sender stay. Content: tea classification and expected effects by processing; reading TCM terrains and constitutions applied to tea choice; the 药食同源 principle ("food and medicine share the same origin") and its link with Western dietetics; seasonal protocols; preparation and tasting practice; ethical framework and limits — what tea advice can and cannot claim.
