一般申请流程：

1. 递交预约表格，填写您的要求和期望。我们会和您联系并作出相应您要求的咨询建议和报价；

2. 填写健康问卷，我们会吧健康问卷提交相关医疗中心，医疗中心在分析了您的健康报告后，确认您是否适合治疗，并通过我们反馈给您；

3. 如果您接受医疗机构和我们为您制作的方案和预算费用，我们将和您签署合同，同时您支付合同规定的预付费用，在您的预付款收到后，您的申请才确认生效。您会在确认生效后十天之内得到医疗机构的确认治疗准确时间；

4. 若有签证需要，医疗机构将开出医疗确认接待证明，以便您申请瑞士医疗签证；

5. 签证取得后，您需要在合同规定的期限内，在出发之前将余款全部付清，收到全部款项后，我们将确认您健康之旅的其余所有辅助环节；

6. 您的瑞士健康之旅结束之后，您将会收到您的医疗报告；

7. SUISSIA 也同时为您制定您的终身服务档案，为您的再次疗养提供更好的服务。
